Project Description: Tybo Constructors Ltd. was contracted by the Corp of delta for design Build construction of the $1.5million Operations and Maintenance building at the the delta works yard. The building is 6000 square foot metal structure building. It has 4 bays for maintenance on delta works yard trucks. It comes with a carpenters shop, locker and changing room, storage rooms and a irrigation shop. It also has a mezzanine framed inside for offices, lunch room and boardroom. It is a Ashrae compliant building. Construction started December 2014 and completed July 2015. 2 months ahead of schedule.
